6. The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete information for the membership account and to keep this information up-to-date.
7. If the user becomes a member of allthego.net with his Facebook account, it is deemed to have provided the opportunity to access the information contained in allthego’s Facebook profile and communicated to the user while being a member by facebook in line with the services provided by allthego.net. The user can set what information will be accessible to allthego in the privacy settings on his Facebook account.
8. User can close the membership account registered on allthego.net by sending the “Membership Deleting” mail to users@allthego.net . After the membership account is closed, it can be activated again.
9. The user irrevocably acknowledges that allthego can reward its members at any time for any reason, as well as terminate its membership unilaterally, temporarily or permanently close the membership account, delete the information in the membership account, and in such a case, cannot make any requests from allthego. .
10. May delete membership accounts- sites that are not operated by members for 1 (one) year, without written or visual access to allthego.net for 1 (one) year, or updated.
11. All rights regarding subdomains including allthego.net domain name and members’ accounts belong to allthego. Members have no right over subdomains with membership accounts. Subdomains of deleted membership accounts-sites can be used by different members.
12. It is forbidden to send messages containing threats, harassment and insults to public areas or private message areas on allthego.net that bothers members, uploading content. Members acting in violation of this prohibition can be dismissed by allthego after their situation is examined.
13. Information, data, text, photograph, video, audio clip, comments, articles, software, codes, graphics on allthego.net will be referred to briefly as “content”; These contents can be entered allthego.net by members as well as allthego.net editors.
14. Content uploaded on allthego.net must be correct and up-to-date. Whether any content added, uploaded, created by the User to allthego.net is shared secretly or shared publicly to all users, it is the sole responsibility of the User, whether it is correct, up-to-date, and in compliance with the applicable legislation.
15. allthego reserves the right to edit, change, block any content at any time without notice to the User who uploaded the content and without any reason. allthego.net and allthego are not responsible in any way for the content provided by the user. allthego has the right to take down the content-pages that are against the principles and the law; In such a case, the User irrevocably accepted that he will not make any requests from allthego.
16. allthego reserves the right to reject, delay, post or post the content from the User without giving any reason on the e-mail or any message on its pages.
17. It is forbidden to use, imitate, alter, distribute or store the contents of allthego.net for other purposes, except for using the services offered on allthego.net. The user may not sell the content onallthego.net, abuse it for purposes such as advertising and use it in a way that will damage the rights of third parties.
18. The right to publish any content published on allthego.net by third parties may not be used or published in any media without permission from the content owner.
19. The user undertakes that there will be no defamatory, deceptive elements, pornographic, immoral photographs, insults, violence, racism, discrimination and illegalness in the content to be entered on allthego.net.

41. Turkish Law will be applied in the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement; Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized.
42. The parties are valid in the meaning of Article 193 of the Civil Procedures Law No. 6100 allthego’s books and records and computer records (e-mail correspondence, internet traffic information and access records [log] and so on) in disputes that may arise from this Agreement. They accept, declare and undertake that they will constitute binding, conclusive and exclusive evidence and that this article is in the nature of the Evidence Agreement.
43. The notices to be sent by the parties to each other will be sent to the address and / or e-mail address that the User has notified to allthego.net and the address and / or e-mail address specified by allthego in this Agreement. If there is a change in the address and / or e-mail address reported by the user to allthego.net, it will notify the allthego in writing of the new address and / or e-mail address. If there is a change in the address and / or e-mail address of allthego, the related change will be transferred to this Agreement. Otherwise; Notices to be sent to the e-mail addresses and e-mail addresses that allthego has notified to the allthego and to the e-mail addresses of the allthego will have all legal consequences of the valid notification.
44. If any article of this Agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, it will not override other articles of the Agreement.
45. Failure of the Parties to exercise their rights partially or completely arising from this Agreement or to act contrary to them shall in no way mean that they waive these rights.
46. This Agreement may be reorganized and updated as new features are added to allthego.net or new suggestions are received from users of allthego.net, without prior notice to Users.
