Deloitte published the first Technology Trends Report 10 years ago. When this report was created, smart phones and mobile applications started to attract consumers’ attention and technologies such as iler Cloud Computing ’and Internet Internet of Things’ emerged. The six trends evaluated in the last report are as follows:

Artificial Intelligence supported institutions: Leading companies; systematically rapidly maturing technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation (RPA) and cognitive technology are not only the core business processes; It is also used to construct the future of its products, services and industries. The point of view of these organizations on the use of artificial intelligence is changing from ‘Why?‘ To ‘Why not?..

NoOps in a server-less world: The next stage in the development of cloud computing has reached. Technical resources are completely isolated and management tasks are increasingly automated. The IT capability, which is freed from ordinary responsibilities, can focus on activities that support business results more directly.

Tomorrow’s connectivity: technologies such as 5G, mesh networks, and border computing extend business areas to the smallest, most remote areas of the world. Enhanced networking, like an invisible hero, drives the development of new products and services and changes how things are done.

Intelligent interfaces: Today, people combine human-centered design techniques and advanced technology; Interacts with technology through interfaces such as computer vision, voice of speech, auditory analytics, augmented reality and virtual reality. These technologies and techniques work together to reshape machines, data and the way we communicate with each other.

Beyond marketing – Experience has been redesigned: In order to deliver highly personalized, structured experiences around a specific topic that today’s customers expect, some marketing executives are moving away from long-standing, traditional agency relationships while building closer partnerships with their CIOs. Thanks to a new generation of marketing tools and techniques that focus on personalized, contextual and dynamic experiences, CIOs and CMOs will be able to meet customer needs and desires in the most effective way.

DevSecOps and cyber necessity: DevSecOps basically transforms cyber, security, privacy and risk management from compliance-based activities (typically late in the development lifecycle) to the basic framing mentality in the product journey.
